Orders placed Monday - Friday will be shipped within 24 hours after processing, and upon availability unless
otherwise noted. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. In the event
that an item is delayed, on backorder, or no longer available, you will be contacted immediately via email or
telephone.
Forms of payment
We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. All orders are subject to credit card authorization and
verification prior to processing and we will not ship unless all information is correct. Kick Maternity will contact you if
additional identification for credit verification is required.
Sales Tax
We charge 8.25% on all orders shipped to Texas. All other states do not incur sales tax.

We make ever effort to keep enough inventory available online. Occasionally, we do sell out of items. If we are out of
stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as
well as your shipping confirmation.
Sizing
All lines can run differently, but in general, X-Small is 0-2, Small is 2-4, Medium is 6-8, Large is 10-12, and X-Large is
14. All sizes are based on your pre-pregnancy size. If you have any questions regarding a specific item, please don't

Shipping
- We ship via UPS (Ground, 2nd Day, or Next Day).
- A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will contain
the tracking number for your order. - Shipping rates:
- For all orders to Alaska and Hawaii, please add $25.00 to standard shipping rates.
- At this time, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO Boxes, or internationally.
Return Policy
- Kick Maternity does not offer credit card or cash refunds. Non-sale items may be exchanged for other
merchandise or for store credit. Exchanges are accepted on items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered,
with ALL tags attached and with an original store receipt. - Exchanges/returns must be made within 14 days of the original shipping date.
- All sales are final on sale items, accessories, products, lingerie, and swimwear.
- Kick Maternity does not refund shipping and handling charges, exchanges included. If you are making an
exchange, shipping charges will occur but will be nominal. - Please follow the return instructions on the invoice included with your package. Please securely pack and
insure the merchandise as we cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves. - We cannot accept COD returns.
- Include the original receipt with your return.
- Upon receipt of the returned goods, Kick Maternity reserves the right to deny credits if the merchandise does
not meet policy requirements.
